Into The Body: A 4-Week Series

'The Morning Ritual' presents Into The Body, a 4-week complimentary series to get you OUT of your head and feeling good IN your body.

By the end of the 4 weeks you'll know how to use the foundations of mindfulness to come home to yourself.

WHAT TO EXPECT: 15 minutes of theory followed by 15 minutes of practice

Lilly will share insights on how mindfulness can help you slow down and cultivate more presence. Each week she will guide you through a 15-minute practice to embody that day's teaching.

WHEN: September 27th-October 18th, every Wednesday from 12-1230 pm EST (9-930 am PST, 5-530 pm BST)

Week 1: September 27th at 12:00pm EST

Week 2: October 4th at 12:00pm EST

Week 3: October 11th at 12:00pm EST

Week 4: October 18th at 12:00pm EST
